Movenpick Living Istanbul West

The best staff so far ,I came across my stay in different countries.Volkan, Oguzhan, Arda well trained and professional ,they know how to make guests happy and respect them. Erol in restaurant ,you feel he is your family member and wants to feed you. Rooms were quite big ,comfy beds and very well managed by house keeping. Flawless cleaniness.

I like the space of the flat and the comfort of the bed.

Excellent with minor flaws A wonderful and great hotel. The apartment we got was clean, nice and of good size. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The staff are very kind, respectful and cooperative, especially the honorable Mrs Vesile KAYA, who was very cooperative and wonderful. However there is an inability to control the air conditioning. You need to also be careful of the room service menu, where they list old prices and charge you a higher price instead. Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal, it is far from tourist places. Despite all this, due to the distinguished and extremely cooperative role of Mrs Vesile KAYA, I will give the highest mark to the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very kind towards everyone. Jacob had provided us with excellent room service. The manager was very helpful and friendly as she told us to go to the best areas of Istanbul. The reception staff was always the best at all times. The location is a bit far from the main city centre. However it is only 5 minutes extra to go to the main town centre and is very close to the mall of Istanbul. The food was excellent and was always the best of the best. If you have the chance of ordering an omelette during breakfast you will not regret that decision. We have been to Istanbul 5 times and this was the best hotel out of all 3 hotels we stayed at.

All the staff is very efficient, respectful, nothing like pushy and noisy personal in Sultanahmet area. From the reception desk and guest relations to the bell boy and cleaning service all are very well-trained, speaking decent English and always attentive! Vesile from the guest relations made our stay feel like as at home. We travelled with a big family, she made it all smooth for us, before our arrival making sure our first 4 bdrm apartment, then a Garden Villa is all set to our demands, taking care of each tiny detail! We’ve been to all kinds of places, particularly in Turkiye in been to Istanbul Sultanahmet area, Capadoccia, Izmir, but Movenpick Living West Istanbul was the best choice! The distance from the centre was totally recompensed by their scheduled free shuttle, taking us to Mall of Istanbul, Taksim, Istanbul Intl Arpt, saved time and money on transporting our fam around safe and sound! All the rooms we stayed were impeccable, with bedsheets crispy clean, the interior design and the view spectacular, 4bdrm apart on the 18th floor had a view a-la Manhattan, the garden villa had a huge peaceful setting perfect for our family! After an exhausting search of a family-friendly hotel, Movenpick definitely takes the top 1, offering a luxurious experience exceeding our expectations!
