The best staff so far ,I came across my stay in different countries.Volkan, Oguzhan, Arda well trained and professional ,they know how to make guests happy and respect them. Erol in restaurant ,you feel he is your family member and wants to feed you. Rooms were quite big ,comfy beds and very well managed by house keeping. Flawless cleaniness.

Berkan was incredibly professional, courteous, and always attentive to our needs. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with room requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, his dedication truly stood out. He consistently demonstrated a level of hospitality that reflects the very best of the Mövenpick brand. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to making guests feel at home, and I truly appreciate all his efforts. I would also like to thank Arda, Yakup, and Ercab for their kind assistance and welcoming attitude throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a smile, making our time at the hotel both enjoyable and seamless. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation options. 1.We had a garden apartment on the first floor it was absolutely beautiful 2. Appartment was always very clean and we would like to thank Fatima &Mohammet for every day exceptional cleaning service 3. Staff was very helpful especially Vesile ,Mustapha ,Anil Emera who were really trying to do their best when we wanted to help with something, we were after surgery so we needed a Lot of water etc And they always brought everything we wanted 4. Breakfast is very good a Lot fruit/pasteries etc but little bit expensive for Istanbul. 5. We loved the cats around hotel i»

Excellent with minor flaws A wonderful and great hotel. The apartment we got was clean, nice and of good size. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The staff are very kind, respectful and cooperative, especially the honorable Mrs Vesile KAYA, who was very cooperative and wonderful. However there is an inability to control the air conditioning. You need to also be careful of the room service menu, where they list old prices and charge you a higher price instead. Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal, it is far from tourist places. Despite all this, due to the distinguished and extremely cooperative role of Mrs Vesile KAYA, I will give the highest mark to the hotel.
