Movenpick Living Istanbul

The best staff so far ,I came across my stay in different countries.Volkan, Oguzhan, Arda well trained and professional ,they know how to make guests happy and respect them. Erol in restaurant ,you feel he is your family member and wants to feed you. Rooms were quite big ,comfy beds and very well managed by house keeping. Flawless cleaniness.

Excellent with minor flaws A wonderful and great hotel. The apartment we got was clean, nice and of good size. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The staff are very kind, respectful and cooperative, especially the honorable Mrs Vesile KAYA, who was very cooperative and wonderful. However there is an inability to control the air conditioning. You need to also be careful of the room service menu, where they list old prices and charge you a higher price instead. Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal, it is far from tourist places. Despite all this, due to the distinguished and extremely cooperative role of Mrs Vesile KAYA, I will give the highest mark to the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very kind towards everyone. Jacob had provided us with excellent room service. The manager was very helpful and friendly as she told us to go to the best areas of Istanbul. The reception staff was always the best at all times. The location is a bit far from the main city centre. However it is only 5 minutes extra to go to the main town centre and is very close to the mall of Istanbul. The food was excellent and was always the best of the best. If you have the chance of ordering an omelette during breakfast you will not regret that decision. We have been to Istanbul 5 times and this was the best hotel out of all 3 hotels we stayed at.

The most thing that I like is the size of room, it's a big room if you are comparing with other hotel in Istanbul Another thing that I really appreciated was the service. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time specially Volkan and Arda Overall, I had a truly amazing experience at Movenpick. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
